Landscape Preview

1. Maximize your depth of Field- By changing your aperture you are able to increase your depth of field. This helps you focus on as much of the photo as possible.

TIP 1: Think about the Foregrounds-Having an good foreground helps create a very interesting image because not only adds depth but it helps creates a way into the photo.

TIP 2: Capture Movement-Capturing movement gives the photo a point of interest and it helps create a mood.

TIP3: Use a Tripod- The tripod ensures your camera is completely still while taking the photos. This is needed when a longer shutter speed is in use.

EQUIPMENT LIST:

  • Lenses
  • Tripod
  • Camera
  • Flashlight

I would like to go to Mount Bonnell to to capture some landscape images. Some other good places to capture interesting landscape pictures would be at Town Lake and Hamilton Pool.
